Philco 46-350. Please help!

I have an old (probably not to you serious collectors) late 1940s (?) Philco portable sradio model 46-350 code 125. It is in excellent shape and I used to play it up until today, when I tried to turn it on and nothing happened. Is it the tubes? What's wrong? Does anyone know where I can get parts? When was it made? Thank you for your time. Please e-mail me directly for a quicker response at:

Hi John

Start with the schematic available here on nostalgiaair.

http://ww3.nostalgiaair.org/schematics/PHL/_PHL_15-5.gif

Parts are available from AES, tubesandmore.com and others. Usually electrolytic filter caps dry out and cause problems in old radios. Check the lower right on the schematic. Your radio has an unit with 3 or 4 caps in one. You can use individual caps for replacement.

Your radio is 1946 as shown by first two digits in model number.
