Tube Supplements needed for Jackson 648 tester

Hello!

I just acquired a Jackson 648 tube tester and I need the Supplemental Data Charts for it. I have downloaded the ones posted on this site but I still need settings for other tubes.
Does anyone have the tube supplements for the Jackson 648? I do have the Operating Instructions for this model if anybody needs them.
