Need schematic for RCA T4-8A (in Rider Vol 7-5).
Its not the same as a T4-8 (Rider Vol 6), the second
detector is layed out different. I have Vol 6 but not
Vol 7. This set has a problem of very low audio. If
signal is injected into G1 of #41 output tube, sounds
fine. Signal trace up to detector is ok.
Something wrong in detector circuit. Also, weired
volume control setup in this one. If you have schematic
post here or send reply of e-mail addrees and can transfer
by e-mail.

PS for NORM LEAL, I have a copy of Rider Index manul, good
thru Vol 16. Would it benifit you to scan it and have it
placed here on the Internet.

Norm, Thanx for the schematic. One question, did the
second detector change to a 6B7 for the T4-8A. The number
is not real clear on the schematic. The older T4-8 used
a 6F7, which would explain why the T4-8A radio on my bench
looked so different compared to the T4-8 schematic in
Rider's Vol 6.
