I need technical informations for this amplifier :

High Fidelity Laboratories Power Amplifier
PHILIPS Type 22AH578/00

(1976 I think, made in USA)

There are 16 transistors TO-3... One of them is failing... On the transistor is written :

Toshiba 355-1
0 .827

Nobody knows this type of transistor... So help me if u can... What sort of transistor is that ?!? Somebody know where I can found it ?!?...

I own one of these amplifiers. I have replaced the output transistors a few times with the Motorola MJ15024. They work just fine. I was wondering if you had access to the schematic for this amp. I am also looking for replacement parts and I cant find cross reference for one of the transistors on the driver board. The trans is mounted on a small heat sink and stamped 6102 63-6. Hope you can help me.Thanks

MJ 15024
R C A
H A 8327

These are Motorola types.
I us all 16 of them
So i hope that i can help so far.

:hello there if anybody want to now anything about the 22AH5.. serie just give me a mail . and yes the MJ15024 is the specified eqv for that amp!!!
