RE: ALIGNING FM On OLD TOSHIBA RECEIVER
1/22/2001 3:21:05 PMEdward F. Nesta
I have an old Toshiba Reciever that works like a champ. Unfortunately the fm tuner was mistakely put out of align with the front dial. There are 5 screws on the tuner section with in the body of the receiver. the Screws were moved and the tuner would show a 95.7 sation at say 98.0 on the dial. Does anyone have any information on how to manually reset the dial on an old receiver. I have moved the screws and know that various stations will come and go via the adjustments, just do not have the balance of the 5 screws to ensure a match to the dial read out.

The receiver is roughly 20 Years old.

Any information would be helpful.

Thanks,

Ed
