RCA Victor Model 3 RH21G

I just picked up at a tag sale a RCA Victor Model 3 RH21G transistor radio (takes a RCA VS 149 - 4v battery). I was wondering when it may have been manufactured and a approx value. It's in real clean shape, works, and has a matching black leather case with earplug. BTW - it was 50 cents, and I thought that it was worth it.

I have an original still in the box. On the inside of the radio , it states as manufacture of july 21, 1965.

I have on of these. Where do you get the batteries for this thing?
