Hi Joe, That publication is very good however since it's for IRS purposes and there could be considerably money involved why not phone around some of the big Auction Houses such as Chrieties and Southerbys etc. and ask if they can suggest some assessors. This appraisal would seem to be part of their daily bussiness and such an assessment would have more clout when dealing with IRS than your own. It might even be in your favor.
