Hi jim I, try email (parts2many@aol.com) David might be able to help you out. Did you try contact cleaner on the buttons? You can kinda get to them and check the contacts for corrosion. Good Luck, George T

I repaired the power switch on my Philco 41-300 console by drilling out the 2 copper rivets and finding a bad solder connection to one of the switch contacts. I had already used Caig on it, but it was still intermittent. It was really tedious to reassemble it properly, and I spent a lot of time figuring out how to fasten it back together - I think I might have ended up using a short 2-56 or 3-48 screw on one side, and steel wire on the other. It was tedious, but I saw some intriguing switch innards, and respect for that robust but simple Philco switch.
