Dewald model 403 need a non polar electrolytic

Hello al.. I am restoring a DeWald model 403 and it has a lovely resistance line cord that I would like to replace with a non polar electrolytic (7uf I believe) I only need one and don't want o pay $5.00 for shipping..Anyone have one or two I could purchase from them???

Here's a 3.5uf at Electronic Goldmine for only $149.
You can put two of them in parallel for 7uf.

I don't know what their shipping charges are.
