Replacement for 35Z5 tube

I am all out of 35Z5 tubes and can not find in my books a replacement for it... I would prefer not to do any rewireing....Was wondering if there is a replacement?? Thanks

Chreasp and easy to find. If I had a spare one I would donate. Maybe somene else has.

Do you have a 45Z5GT if so use that. Do you have a bad 35Z5 with filament between pin #2 and #3 open? If so jump pin #2 and #3 for testing a radio.

Could use a silicon diode between pin #5 and #8, cathode to pin #8. Should add series resistance to make up for lower voltage drop. If doing it this way also meed to add a resistor to take place of 35Z5 filament. A resistor around 250 ohms @ 10 watts will work.
