I have an unknown radio with the number 83942 on the dial scale and wonder what the brand of radio is. Does someone recognize that brand from the number? Thanks

You might get better results if you just posted a photo of the set. Part ID numbers are usually pretty obscure unless they can be associated with a "name brand" set.
