A customer brought this large item into my shop to see if it can be restored?

Seems it can record it's own records as well as play them.

Can anyone tell me what this model number is so I can find some info on it?

There might be some info somewhere inside if you take the guts out. The turntable might be listed under a different number than the rest of the set. Usually there is another maker's number on the turntable.
I restored a Philco Beam of Light console a while back, with a head cutter, but never found any blank discs to try it on.
Chances are the cutter and cartridge are shot. They cost about $50 each to get rebuilt by West Tech.
