Try sites that sell old telephone parts, sometimes they have headset cords. That super flex cable is difficult to work with, you must crimp the terminals to it, it is impossible to solder.

have an old set that also needs a new cord. Each earpiece says," Holtzer-Cabot". Guessing on the first name. Each ear piece has 2 tubes where the cord attaches to.
