Tektronix can be reached by phone 503-627-7111 or fax 503-627-5502, 503-627-1112. They print an Instruction Manual with schematics for each section of the oscilloscope. I have the 545B book and it's about 100 pages.
The 0G3 tube is also known as 85A2. It is a regulator for 85 volts from 1-10 ma. It holds regulation to within 3 volts and takes 115 volts to start.
Did not find anything on the Raytheon Transistor. It was probably a special, made for another company.

Hi Julio
You didn't say much about the transistor use and location
so I'll try to help you as much as I can. There are only
three locations in the '547 that use a 151-096. Don't
worry about the -433. 151-096 is a Tektronix in-house
number and the -433 is a trace number. Any way, if this
transistor is used in the "A" or the "B" sweep generator
then it can be replaced by a selected 2N1893 or ECG154.
Any NPN Silicon transistor that has the following ratings
can be used.
Vcbo=300v
Vceo=300v
Vebo=7v
Ic=0.5A
Dissipation=1W
ft=40Mhz
hfe=60 typical
Good Luck
Bob
