Hi, did some checking for you and could only find one sub for your tube and it is a 6F7S. You could try radiotinkerer@aol.com Walt is a great guy. If you contact him put Re; Tube 6F7 in the subject line. Let him know George sent you and he'll fix you right up. I get all of my tubes from him and you will have them in a few days. I recall a similar question about a year ago. 6F7 is relatively inexpensive. AES has them for $5.
It is a rare tube. It falls into the category of rarely seen, rarely needed.
