If there aren't offers why not build one? It doesn't take much.

For now a D flashlight battery and 10 - 9 volt transistor radio batteries in series will work.

:I'm actually starting up a project to do that very thing. The project would include regulators for the filament and B+ supplies. If you like I'll try to keep you informed if I can remember how I got here.
