I think this is it. Looks like the dial scale is printed on the glass like some of the Philco's.

OK, I think that will be a problem. Maybe wait for a junker to show up, and salvage the dial cover? Another approach is to start with a clear piece of glass and a scan of the dial cover, and print a decal for the dial somehow.

I'm thinking that this model was not all that uncommon.

I recently restored a Firestone 4-A-21X, the dial cover might be the same. If so maybe Bill Turner can reproduce it for you.
