Radiomobile 52T Car Radio

Hello All,
I am looking all over the internet but can find no information about this radio. Is a two piece unit? Is it a "Hybrid" (tubes in the tuner/preamp, transistor in the audio amplifier)? There is a website that talks about it, but there are ZERO pictures of it to look at.
If anyone knows, please let me know.

Thanks,

Dave

Dave, my 59 Jaguar has a 52T in it. The one I have is a two piece unit. As I recall the tuner uses tubes and the final output is transistor.

I have a spare radio for parts, but I am not sure at the moment where it is stored. I will take a look in the shop and see if it is there. If not it is most likely at my daughter's in Florida.

Richard,
I tried to reply via eMail. But your eMail address doesn't exist. Anyway, I may have one of these to work on soon. You have verified what I thought. It's a two pice hibrid unit with a solid state amplifier and a tuner/preamp with tubes.

Thanks,

Dave

Morning Dave!!

Take a look at the Mauritron website in Great Britain. I got the service info to the Radiomobile radio I did here several years ago from them They are really valuable as a source for info on things made in Europe. (:Richard,
