I am having a problem finding instructions on the diagnostics and repair of the Newer Philco shadow tuneing shadow meter. There are many sites and instructions for the older metr but non on the repair of the newer black meteal horn type meter. It looks like quite a job to try to rewind the coil. Thank You.
