Hi

What model number? Measure plate and screen voltages on tubes. Has the radio been aligned?

I'd check alignment also, correct volume control ohms?

Correct volume control depends on model. Most are 500K or 1 meg.

Did the radio work before all the caps were replaced?
Generally, it's good practice to get a set working as best it can before replacing a slew of components. Reason being that, if it doesn't work after the parts are replaced, you have a reasonable degree of confidence that something that you did to it caused it to stop working (for that reason I usually replace parts in groups of three- then test for continued operation- so I can more quickly find my repair flubs).

Also, by determining that a set works first before wholesale parts replacement is performed, you can cut your time/money investment if your set has a fatal problem like a broken bandswitch or similar catastrophic/hard to repair fault.
