I have an RCA chassis with no model identifier (no cabinet or speaker) it appears to be similar to a model 87, (looks like the same tuning dial configuration, ie: 3-band, medium wave, shortwave, and aircraft band.) However, this model is battery powered, 5 tube (30, 1C6, 1A4, 19, 1F6.) Can anyone can help identify the model and or provide a schematic?

Hi,
I have a Coronado with a very similar complement. The differnce (if there are any) may, or may not be present if yours has a ballast tube (unmarked, and probably a length of wire wrapped about two pins.) (or possibly a switch with a resistor for filament voltage control.)

I will have to find the notes I located on a Wells Gardner chassis that matched. I will see if I can locate it in the pile of unsorted papers.
