Unit lights up and the line adjustment is fine. Tubes filaments light up, but the meter barely moves from the centre position. There appears to be a pot inside the unit - anyone know what this adjusts? It is connected to the meter.
Looks like the original power transformer is still there, maybe this needs replacement.
Anyways, my man question - anyone have, or know where to get, a service manual & schematic for this beauty?

Perdon moi, but my accursed cursor slipped early on
and I erroneously double double posted posted.I delved
out into my inner sanctum and was going to pull out my
pristine TV-11 new from the Army depot circa 1963.Well
it still has that new smell! It seems that it was the
TV-7 (by Hickok) and if I remember yours is in a wood case and was a Superior Instruments product.It's been
too many years and too many diff brands but on some
brands I remember an adj to cal to your A.C. line voltage .Another had a meter cal adj that was accessed
thru the center guide hole in one of the octal sockets. I think that if you will check these sources out, they might fit your needs:
