Is it possible "submit follow up" was clicked on 4 times? With a laptop it's easy to do.

:I don't understand WHY,WHY when I reply to a message or make up a new listing, sometimes it comes out FOUR times like when I replied to the PHILCO 801 posting JUST TODAY. Everything was done right & I was careful NOT to double on the entries. Someone else brought this up in the past last fall (don't remember the persons name). I do know my laptop is 12 years old & sometimes seems eratic, but once the entry is DONE it's done !!!! Has anybody got any answers to this phenomenon????
:
I have had some sorta weird things happen when postig here, myself. Might be the coffee I spilled in my keyboard, or Richard might be tweaking something on the site.

The site will accept comments for as many times as you hit the "submit follow up" box. It would be nice if the site acknowledged submittal of a posting, then locked out any additional posts until the reply page was refreshed or reloaded. Our local newspaper uses a scheme like this for its reader-comment blogs and it works well for preventing duplicate posts due to computer "stuttering" or age-related operator issues ("Did I click the box before the cat distracted me? I'll click it again..")
