The Canadian Phillips P145 should have the following tubes.6X4, 6AQ5, 6AT6, 6BA6, 6BE6, 6BA6
It's circa 1956 Don't have the RCC index for that year.
The 825 has the same tubes ..appearance wise looks similar..But it has two bands not 3 as I think the P145 has. Schematic might be similar and I can send that to you. Rogers Majestics and Phillips for that time period were sometimes using the same chassis

:Actually the 825S has one Broadcast and two SW bands like the P145. Four buttons on the front and slide dial on the bottom like the P145.

Yes, P-145 has same tubes and it may be similar in design except that P-145 uses 1M3/DM70 tuning indicator.
