Victor Radio Electrola RE-17

Hi to evereyone!! I´m trying to bring alive this console, Receiver Unit RC-3 (Tubes: four 24, 45 in PushPull and the 80) there is no +B, maybe a shorted Filter?? I couldn´t find the schematics in "Resources". The switch for "Fono/Radio" have all conectinos cut off (maybe a mice!!)
I think this Set is for Export, I´m from Cordoba, Argentina.

I believe that the RCA Radiola 48 uses the same radio chassis as the Electrola RE-17.
