Model 0ZF, made by Zenith. There are early (before ser# 26000) and late versions, but they are very similar and the schematic for either will be close enough for service. The serial number is right after the model number (one of those numbers all over the chassis). Schematic is in Sams AR-2 and also in Sams folder 109-5. Also, I think you meant 6J5 instead of 6j6?

:In case you can't find the circuitry under sams , look under ZENITH in nostalgia air, then check the Riders pictorial with the set pictorial. Ford radios were made by Zenith up until about 1956 so it should be in riders. I found circuitrys for my two old Fords ,one by Detrola & one by Zenith.6MF080 &6MF780.

I have the early Sams folders. In 109-5 is a 1950 Ford radio. I will scan the Sams for you, and send it to you.
