Old Westinghouse radio
10/14/2012 2:18:50 PMJohn
I just got this old Westinghouse battery radio. There doesn't appear to be a model number. It says licensed for amateur and experimental use only and made in East Springfield Works with two dates of 10-6-14 5-10-21. It uses one tube which is missing. What would the tube be?? It is a 4 prong tube with three smaller prongs and one large prong.

Agree, WD11 is the only popular tube with three small and one large pin. Very expensive unless you buy or make a sub.

Should match RCA Radiola Senior schematic.

Here is a link to buy a made sub, or make your own.

I was able to match up a picture on the radio attic archives and I have a Aeriola Senior. Don't have the paper that goes in the lid. Any idea how I could get a copy of that lid paper?
