Knowing tube types will help. We should be able to find a model number from Mallory information.

: I have a 4 tube Trav-ler that I cannot find a model # for.
: This is an AC/DC model with a relatively small chasis
: (3x6). Does anyone know of a range of models that I might
: start searching on? The amount of Trav-ler models makes
: a search of all models nearly impossible. Any help would
: be appreciated.
: Thanks in advance.

Hi Leon
The missing tube will be 1U5. Earlier radios would have used a 1S5 but that was generally with a 3S4 or 3Q4 output tube.
Trav-ler model 5022, Rider 21-1 and model 5300, Rider 23-6 both use those tubes.
Norm
: Ya, I remembered about the tubes after I posted the question.
: I should have known better! Anyway, this radio is missing
: one tube the other three are: 1R5, 3V4, and 1U4. Thanks
: for your attention to this Norm.
