You may check into Hammond transformers. Their 144P may be small enough. Or even their 108L which is smaller although it is potted and for PC mount. You can check places like Digikey or Mouser and perhaps other sites as well.

:I am in need of an audio output transformer for my RCA BP-10 "Personal" AM radio. 1941 vintage with 4 tubes. I need the audio transformer that will match the 1S4 output tube (8,000 to 3.2 ohm). The problem is that the normal replacements do not fit. It will have to be approx. 1.25 L by less than 3/4 inches D.
