Try Radio Shack or Hardware Stores. Depending on the use a piece of rubber hose for cars may work.

I have found a LOT of good grommets for use under chassis at ACE hardware ( assuming you have one ). The hardware dept is extensive and I have made nice grommet inserts and other difficult rubber parts for radios from the stuff they sell.
