rca 5q55 output tube swap?

need advice can i substatute a 6k6g for a 6f6g without a problem maybe alittle less volume i beleive the 6k6 draws less current than 6f6 but im just not sure i should do this?

Yes, you can use the 6K6 in place of the 6F6. You probably won't notice any difference in output power.

You can use a 6K6 or 6V6 in place of 6F6. If 6F6 is metal could also use G or GT versions. Other tubes will draw lower current than 6F6 which will put less stress on the power transformer.
