Digi-key stocks some new stock Sprague units, but you would have to contact them to find out if your configuration is available if the catalog (online at that) does not list a configuration that will work. They are not cheap.
Otherwise, using new stock pc board mounting style electrolytics, you can gut out the old one, and slip the new ones inside of the can.
