FOREWORD

In this lesson we are going to begin to hit our stride. We have completed what may be considered the introduction to our Radio studies. We have gotten into the proper frame of mind to tackle problems more or less technical.

Our work is naturally going to gradually become a little more difficult, so be prepared. Develop your powers of concentration. Have a quiet place to study if possible. If not, do not allow yourself to be distracted by anything. Street noises, music, conversation--all can be tuned out so you won’t be conscious of them. Learn to work along steadily without allowing yourself to be interrupted. Work hard--rest hard--play hard. Whatever you are doing, do it well. Concentrate on the job in hand no matter what it is.
