Here are the details:
*Model PR-21
*Serial # RVG 01916
*Stamped under the warranty is 941 (does this mean Sep 1941?)
*Six tubes. All orig RCA tubes.
*Record player with a 78 setting and a 16 setting. Has inputs (Int/Ext) for other equipment (radio). Has treble, bass, and balance plastic setting knobs.
*To access the turntable, one must lift a lid. On the bottom of the lid is a green label with the dog and phonograph above the word Victorola.
*The front is a speaker, and the side rotates outward and contains another speaker, hence the "stereo".
*The front is tan stitched wicker as is the side.
*Seems to be cherrywood?
*The front says "stereo orthophonic high-fidelity dual amplifier".
*There is a two inch wide plastic pair of what looks like "wings" on the upper right front of the cabinet, which lights up when turned on.
*Seems to work electronically, but I have not attempted to get any sound to emit.
*Stands on four art deco metal peg legs (pale bronze in color; they screw off.
*Measures approx 4 feet wide and 3 feet tall.
Thanks for any help. This things is so cool. I'd love to hear all about it!! Thanks!!
It was made in Camden, NJ. Thanks.
Pauly
