Dial String

Looks like it says 2 turns drive cord around tuning shaft.

:I need to string my Philco 42-395 as there is no string on it. I have a dial string diagram but the text is so blurred that I can't read what it says near the tuning shaft. Can anyone tell what it says in the notes about the tuning shaft?
