Philco 89B pin voltage, or lack there of

Your main power transformer is okay. The field coil is also a filter choke in the power supply. It should only get warm. If it's hot you have a short somewhere. Do check over your past work. Also check the audio output transformer for any leak to ground. May just use your ohm meter and start back tracking from ground to all B+ points. Hope it's just something simple.
