Resistance Line Cord Replacement Capacitors

Mouser Electronics sells an 8.2 MFD 250 volt capacitor. This you would use for a 68 volt heater string. For a 62 volt heater string a 6.2 MFD 250 volt capacitor works here. For the dial lamp use a #44 shunted by a 47 Ohm 1 watt resistor. I have done this for ballast tubes and resistor line cords. Works very well. Slow start helps extend tube life. I can post the Mouser part number later.
