SCHEMATIC FOR AIRLINE MODEL AC-8

Posted by John on 05/24/2012 16:23

:Apparently the schematic for this radio does not seem to exist. With any 1920’s radios you really need experience working with these. The power supply and general working of this radio is not that much different than just about any other similar one of the time. There are really no electrolytic capacitors; the filtering is done with chokes and low value capacitors. 1Mfd would be typical. This link does give some minor information to get a start with.

My guess is it was made by U.S. Radio & TV who made many of the sets for Mont. Ward in this time frame. See their Case 80 schematic here. John
