| :Hello All, : I hope that this isn't off topic. This turntable is fine, only the power cord pulled out and I'm not sure where it goes. It's in SAMs 222-15. I think it connected through the motor and I'm going to have to open the case of the motor to replace it. : :This is a fantastic turnable. It had better speed ratings of many broadcast turntables of the time. I haven't taken the platter off. I thought it was direct drive but lately it has been a little sluggish when cycling. So it probably has warn rubber parts. I have a suppler/rebuilder for those. : Replacing the power cord is my main concern. So if someone has a picture of where it connects. It would help. : :Thanks, : :Dave Hi Dave, It does state that to lubricate the motor: "Remove the turntable and introduce a few drops of good quality thin oil (sae 20) into the lubricating holes (colored red)."
