Alignment instruction

Posted by Jeffy on 03/31/2009 20:14

It's a Pilot 100 fm multiplexer.

After passing a couple of minutes on it with my scope and generator, now I have a stereo output, but the sound is not good. Then, I tried to fix it by «ears», the mpx connect to a fm mpx tuner... Sound is better but not perfect. Tried different tubes, better result with NOS JAN tubes.

Can I lubricate the coils to help me adjust them? If yes, with what? Is there a danger to often play with them (wear)?

:What is the tune-up procedure for my V-8 engine. . . . .it’s a HEMI?
:
:Covers a lot of territory, doesn’t it ?

:
:I wouldn’t even th-i-i-i-i-i-i-i- iink about it (alignment). . . . . . without having YOUR FM sets brand and model number and then the
:capability of consulting of its schematic to see how it's designed. Then, the info could come forth.
