dual cap?

Posted by John VanDeusen on 02/25/2004 17:53

:::when i'm looking at a schematic and it reads
:::.05x200v ( dual )
:::
:::What does dual mean? Lets try this again, hi John! what schematic are you looking at? Dual would mean "two", sounds like a capacitor .05 uF/200volts, meaning it would have three leads, one common and two leads Positive. Terry

i'm working on a Belmont model 545
How should i replace them ? should i combine 2 caps?
