Wilcox-Gay Recordio Disc

Sorry about the previous reply.
I have a disc made by me in 1944 (when I was 4) that was sent to my soldier father in Europe. I sent it away to be transferred to CD by a company that does such things. It was really in very bad condition but some the recorded voice does come through. There was no way I could play the original on any equipment.
This does not answer you question, but I thought it might be of interest anyway.
